unDONE Salon Is BACK!
At unDONE Salon, our long-awaited return finally arrived on May 16th, and we’ve been so happy to see so many of your lovely faces. Upon reopening, we took the time to carefully consider how to keep our clients and team safe to proceed.
What’s Different?
Below are some of the changes and protocols we put in place to keep you healthy and safe during your appointment with us.
Health & Sanitization
No one with a fever, symptoms, or known recent exposure to COVID-19 is permitted in our Boise hair salon. We will ask that you reschedule. We will also provide you with hand sanitizer and use hospital-grade Barbicide to sanitize our tools and stations between clients. If you decide to wear a mask, we ask that it is secured behind your ears and not tied behind your head.
Social Distancing
unDONE Salon will be limited to a maximum number of people, including staff. This will help us to maintain proper social distancing and keep our clients and team a safe distance from one another.
Personal Protective Equipment
Our entire team will be wearing masks to keep you and us safe. We also recommend you wear a mask, but it is not required. If you don’t have a mask but would like one, please let your stylist know ahead of time.
Appointments Only
For the time being, we require all clients to call ahead or schedule an appointment online. Our daily operations have changed to keep you safe with sanitizing practices in place between each client’s appointment.

What You Can Expect When You Arrive For Your Appointment
When you arrive at our Boise hair salon, please remain in your vehicle and call or text us to let you know you’ve arrived for your appointment. We will also provide you with hand sanitizer before entering our salon.
To maintain client appointments while following strict cleaning and social distancing protocols, it is essential that you arrive at your appointment on time so we can allow the proper amount of time for your individual service.
At this time, we are only allowing the client receiving a service in our salon. If you are booking an appointment for an underage child or require assistance during your service, please let us know in advance so that we can plan accordingly. We also ask that you only bring in items that you can hold on your person.
What You Can Do Between Appointments
At unDONE Salon, we will be doing our very best to accommodate appointment requests while abiding by the CDC’s safety guidelines for safety and social distancing. If by chance, you have to wait between appointments, we would be happy to provide you with your favorite salon products – all you have to do is give us a call. We can arrange for salon pick up or ship it right to your home!
