My stylist at Undone was Alex Sanchez, I found her stuff on Facebook and really liked her color work. I came in having had my hair done at another salon about a month and a half or so and being so sad with the way it looked. It was dull, flat, and just a mess. Upon meeting Alex she was very warm and inviting, she took the time to go over the color correction process and let me know what she was doing. I felt at ease and let her work her magic! I’m in LOVE with my hair, it’s vibrant, fun, and what I wanted to get to. She even took my styling preferences into account when finishing up. Deb is a miracle worker! I decided to try this Salon because my past stylist was doing a rushed job and charged me double for it. My hair color was an absolute mess and seemed impossible to fix but Deb did an amazing job! She was incredibly kind but more importantly she was detail oriented, took her time, and made sure my hair was perfect. Oh, and the best part! I was charged the price I was originally quoted even though she spent 4ish hours on my hair. If you want beautiful color and an amazing cut I can not recommend Deb enough. Loved the salon atmosphere, was offered coffee, and they all made sure I was comfortable. Thank you Undone, I will definitely be back!
