BOOKING & CANCELLATION
We understand that life gets in the way, and you won’t always be able to keep your appointment time. We do require credit/debit card information when you book with us, but we will not charge your card unless you cancel within less than 24-hour notice or no show. If you do get charged for a no show or late cancellation and your card is invalid or gets declines, you will lose your ability to login and book online and you will be required to put a deposit down before booking any appointments with Undone Salon. Our stylists respectfully ask that you cancel within 48 hours to allow time to fill that spot. We also ask that you contact your stylist directly any time you can or call the salon at (208) 287-2010 to cancel any appointment.
If you fail to cancel within that time frame, our stylists reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee.
Late? No worries. We just ask that you contact your stylist as soon as you know. After 10 minutes we cannot guarantee your appointment. Cancellation fee may apply.
SERVICES & REDO
We are a multi-level salon, meaning our stylists charge based on their own experience and talents. If you require a quote, we offer free consultations with all of our stylists. Keep in mind that all prices are subject to change depending on your hair (hair quality, quantity, length, product used, etc.). Services require a card on file or deposit depending on your stylists’ policies. Prices do not include gratuity. REDO: Sometimes there are miscommunications between stylists and clients. If you are dissatisfied with your result, you have 5 days from the time you got it done to request a redo (redos are at the digression of your stylist). Keeping in mind that this is reserved for minor touchups not changed minds. We do not refund hair services, however if you purchase a product that you aren’t satisfied with, we will refund you as long as the product is less that 1/4 used or you can trade for another product of the same value.
KIDDOS
Undone and our stylists love kiddos! However for comfortability and safety of our clients and staff, we do have a few rules. Kids should refrain from running, spinning/climbing in chairs, touching tools or chords, and touching items on stations. Your child/children should not wander around the salon alone. Our stylists need their space and tools to perform their service for you. Please remember that we do have dangerous tools in the salon such as hot tools that get over 400 degrees F and shears/razors at their stations. Undone and our stylists ARE NOT responsible or liable for anything that happens if your child does not abide by the rules.
