Boise Hair Salon Tips For Older Women: What You Should Know

At unDONE, more than half of our clients are older women in their 50s and 60s. In fact, we’ve become quite the experts in keeping hair beautiful for women of these specific age groups. That’s why we’d like to provide you with the following Boise hair salon tips for older women.

Go For A Lighter Hair Color

Many older women in the Treasure Valley haven’t changed the formula of their hair color since the first time they spotted a gray hair a couple of decades ago. However, as we age, our skin tone tends to lighten and a lighter hair color prevents a high contrast look. This, in turn, will soften your complexion while adding just the right amount of shine to your hair.

Go For A Less Bold Color

Dramatic colors like fiery red may start to look too bright and hollow as you get older. That’s why it’s important to look at photos of yourself to see if these colors still flatter you like they used too. At unDONE, our Boise hair salon stylists can add neutral shades to your current formula to help diminish unflattering brightness.

Consider Lowlights Instead Of Highlights

While dimension works well on older women, highlights can be more noticeable on darker hair making them look less natural. That’s why it’s important to ask your Boise hair salon stylist to add dimension using lowlights instead of highlights.

Embrace Your Natural Gray

Embracing your natural gray after coloring your hair is a journey that can’t happen in a single visit. In fact, a full transition to your natural color may take a few appointments if your hair has years of color in it. However, once you reach the end of the process, you’ll turn heads with beautiful, sparkly gray hair.

Opt For A Different Hair Length

While there is no age limit on the length of your hair, a new haircut can be a great way to enhance your look. Sometimes we get clients who’ve had long hair all of their lives because they once cut their hair as a child and hated the way it looked. However, it’s probably time to try again! Not only have industry techniques, products, and styles changed but your face and hair have changed since that horrible haircut as a child.

Opt For More Volume

As we age, our hair can start to thin. This can be due to a wide variety of reasons. However, you don’t have to live with thin, flat hair. At unDONE, our Boise hair salon stylists have the texturizing tools and techniques to provide you with a volumizing haircut. We can also provide you with the best styling tips and product recommendations to make your hair look fuller than it actually is.

Embrace Your Worth

At unDONE, we understand that a hair salon should be a refuge where you love to go. Even if you’re only getting a minor trim, we want you to feel excitement from the moment you sit in our chair. With us, you can trust that you will never be taken for granted. Older women of the Treasure Valley are the bread and butter of the beauty scene and our community. Embrace your worth with the understanding that you should be respected and appreciated like no other.

Boise Hair Salon: The Best Haircuts For Older Women

There is often a strange misconception that older women need to cut off all their long hair and get a perm. While these are options depending on your personal preference, they are not mandatory when it comes to getting older. All that matters is that you look and feel good. Even more, 50 is the new 30  and there are plenty of women out there to prove it! At unDONE Salon, we don’t believe that haircuts for older women have to be dull. That’s why we’d like to provide you with the following best haircuts for older women

Classic Bob

Since the 1920s bobs have been iconic haircuts with no signs of slowing down. Not only can a bob add definition to your face it helps to frame it as well. Whether you wear it choppy or sleek, a classic bob can add an air of sophistication to your look.

Asymmetrical A-Line

Millennials don’t get to claim all the hair trends. Asymmetrical A-Line haircuts have been popular for more than a decade now and this trend doesn’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. As we grow older, many of us experience thinner, more brittle hair. Having an asymmetrical haircut can provide you with plenty of volume while being simple and easy to maintain.

Short Hair

Sometimes, having short hair is the easiest way to maintain it due to a lighter load. However, just because you have a shorter cut, doesn’t mean you’ll end up looking less stylish or feminine. Instead, short hair portrays a brave, smart, and sophisticated woman.

Pixie Cut

A pixie cut isn’t limited to any age. Because the pixie cut is a timeless, iconic look, you don’t have to be a specific age to flaunt one. Furthermore, a pixie cut often complements mature faces incredibly well. In fact, our Boise hair salon stylists challenge you to name one older person with a pixie cut that doesn’t look good.

Keep It Long

The misconception that older women shouldn’t have long hair is dumb. Long hair doesn’t come with an expiration date. In fact, there are plenty of older celebrities like Sarah Jessica Parker or Julianne More who rock longer tresses. The only drawback to longer hair is that you’ll need to take care of it. At unDONE, our Boise hair salon stylists can provide you with nourishing products and helpful recommendations to help you maintain long hair.

The Lob

The lob haircut is a beauty industry term for a longer bob. If you have long hair but don’t want to deal with maintaining it all the time, the lob is the perfect shoulder-length haircut that provides you with length without all the maintenance. Furthermore, lobs can work with all hair types, including straight or curly hair. Either way, you look at it, you’ll have a classy style with a lob.

unDONE Salon

At unDONE, we offer personalized consultations when it comes to choosing the best hairstyle no matter your age. Our Boise hair salon stylists are professionally trained and can help you decide the best direction to take when it comes to an individual look that will look best on you. The Benefits Of A Modern Perm At unDONE Salon

If one thing’s for certain, it’s that trends never die. That’s right, the perm from the 80s and 90s is back baby! Thankfully, however, this ageless trend has been updated from its former self, providing you with softer, more feminine curls compared to the tight, frizzled coils of the past. In fact, the modern perm provides you with an effortless, beautiful look that combines volume and texture in soft, loose, and tousled waves.

Why We LOVE The Modern Perm

At unDONE, we love curly hair! From our conditioning to styling treatments, our Boise hair salon stylists love to help you with your curls. Even more, with all the new curly styles this year, you don’t want to miss out just because you have naturally straight hair. Today’s modern perm can provide you with the soft, defined curls you’ve always wanted. That’s why we wanted to share with you the top benefits of why you should give a modern perm at try.

It Volumizes Fine, Limp Hair

If you have naturally fine hair or it lays limply around your head, a modern perm may be the best solution for you. At unDONE, our Boise hair salon stylists have the skills and products to provide you with the perfect amount of volume, without compromising the health of your hair.

Furthermore, if you have very straight hair and you find yourself constantly curling it with an iron, a modern perm can save you a lot of time and effort. You can opt for all over curls or the subtlest of waves to give you the look you want without all the hassle.

It’s Customizable Based On Your Needs

Are you in search of a hairstyle that defines you? A modern perm won’t disappoint. At unDONE, our Boise hair salon stylists will work with you to create a beautiful, unique look through careful sizing and customized rod placement.

It Saves You Money

A modern perm can last between 3-6 months. The best part? It will grow out with your hair. Your Boise hair salon stylist will advise you on the best products to use to maintain and keep your hair looking great for longer.

Low Maintenance

One of the best things about a modern perm is that you can literally get up and go. Maintenance is extremely easy and it greatly reduces the time spent on styling your hair.

It’s Trending

With today’s advancements in hair science, a modern perm is nothing like it was in the 80s and 90s. Instead of rigid curls, today’s modern perm provides you with a softer, beachy feel. It’s also extremely versatile and allows you to achieve a wide variety of looks based on your individual needs.

Anyone Can Get One

The modern perm works on nearly all hair types and textures. However, it is important to have healthy hair before it is permed. Hair that’s been damaged due to heat or chemicals is usually not a good candidate for a perm as it can sustain more damage. That’s why it’s important to speak with your Boise hair salon stylist to check whether a modern perm is suitable for your hair.

Undone Salon

So now that you know about all the benefits of a modern perm, are you ready to take the plunge? The Boise hair salon stylists at unDONE are ready to help you achieve the hair of your dreams. We are fully committed to making your experience with us as unique and memorable as you are. You can find us at 738 N. Benjamin Lane in Boise or give us a call at (208) 287-2010. You can also book your next appointment with us online.

The Importance Of Professional Boise Hair Salon Color

You may think it is easier and more affordable to use a box of hair dye at your local grocery store versus a professional service. However, it’s important to understand you will be risking the look of your hair as well as its health. Only a Boise hair salon professional can provide you with the ultimate color you want while keeping your hair protected from unwanted damage. That’s why unDONE would like to take a quick look to see why it is so important to have your professionally colored.

Customized Color

The pictures you see on a box of hair dye is not its true color. If you want a specific hair color or a certain method of color like ombre, balayage, or highlights, then a Boise hair salon professional will have the products and knowledge to customize your hair. Trusting an expert with your hair is crucial when it comes to avoiding a hair color horror story or ruining your hair altogether.

Hair Protection

The chemicals in hair color can actually damage your hair if it isn’t applied properly or if the dyes used are low-quality. You may notice your hair is dry or feels like straw afterward. A Boise hair salon professional will use the right ingredients and apply them properly to ensure your hair doesn’t end up dry or damaged. Furthermore, if you are looking to go blonde without damage, a professional stylist is the only one to trust when it comes to protecting your hair in the process.

Correct Application

There is a proper way to coloring hair and when you do it yourself, you are more than likely doing it incorrectly at home. Even more, if you’ve previously colored your hair, you’re Boise hair salon professional will know the correct steps to take to blend your new color in without causing color bands or damage. Last, but not least, a professional stylist has the knowledge and training to apply different dyes in the proper order to achieve the ultimate look you want.

Why We Don’t Recommend Box Dye

Many things contribute to the outcome of your hair color. Previous color services, formula, application, and the condition of your hair are just a few of them. When it comes to box color, it’s a “one size fits all” solution that doesn’t factor in any of these elements. It doesn’t matter what your hair condition is or what’s been done to it in the past.

Keep in mind that when it comes to achieving the hair color you desire, you get what you pay for. If you want to avoid undesired results and damaged hair, it best to seek out a professional hair stylist at unDONE. The time money you spend to correct a bad hair color can be quite expensive. Even more, it can take up to 3-4 hours and more than one appointment. That’s why when you want to color your hair, it’s imperative to ditch the box altogether and head straight to the salon to maintain healthy, beautiful hair.

Important Things To Consider About Fantasy Hair Color

In today’s world, getting the color you’ve always wanted is completely achievable. Whether you want pastel pink, purple, fire engine red, bright orange, or blue, any of these colors can be yours. However, fantasy hair color doesn’t come without consequence. Not only can they be more expensive to achieve, they can be harder to maintain. That’s why the Boise hair salon stylists at unDONE would like to provide you with the following important things to consider about fantasy hair color.

Cold Water Is Essential

A good way to save your hard-earned money on a fantasy hair color is to wash and rinse your hair with cold water. While we know it’s hard, it will be worth it in the long run. Hot water opens the cuticles of your hair, causing you to lose your fantasy hair color more rapidly.

Another good way to extend the life of your fantasy hair color is to wash your hair less often. At unDONE, our Boise hair salon stylists recommend shampooing your hair every other day. If you can go even longer between washes, your fantasy hair color will thank you.

When you DO wash your hair, it’s important to use the products recommended by your Boise hair salon stylist. These include color-safe, sulfate-free shampoos. Sulfates are harmful chemicals added to most grocery store shampoos and can be extremely damaging to your hair while striping it of your expensive fantasy color.

Colors Don’t All Fade The Same

If you’ve ever had a fantasy hair color before, you’re probably aware that not all colors fade the same way. In general, deeper colors will last a little longer than silver tones or pastels. Ultimately, however, how long your fantasy hair color lasts all depends on the health of your hair, the quality of application, and how you care for it at home.

Furthermore, certain colors often fade to shades you don’t expect. For example, blue hair tends to fade to green while purples fade to silvery tones — and as we all know, red hair likes to fade to pink or orange. Unfortunately, this part of the fantasy hair color process is unpreventable. Getting a vibrant, fantasy hair color is accepting that it will fade or need regular touch-ups. That’s why it’s important to make necessary appointments with your Boise hair salon stylist to keep it fresh and vibrant!

Sun Damage Is Your Worst Enemy

Have you noticed that your hair develops natural highlights during the summer months? That’s because sun exposure can naturally lighten your hair. For those of us with fantasy hair color, however, you need to protect your vibrant locks from those rays!

Unfortunately, sun exposure can, in fact, bleach your fantasy color right out of your hair. An easy way to prevent this from happening is to use a leave-in conditioner or heat protectant before heading outside. These products help to form a protective barrier that provides you with additional UV ray protection while locking in moisture.

Forget White Towels & Bedding

After all this talk about fading and washing out your fantasy hair color, it’s important to forget using white towels and bedding. Nothing is worse than drying your hair after washing it only to realize your beautiful bathroom linens are now covered in hair dye that won’t come out. This will, in fact, happen because fantasy hair color is semi-permanent and can rub off on your sheets, towels, and pillowcases.

At unDONE, our Boise hair salon stylists recommend using dark-colored towels and sheets if you opt for a fantasy hair color. We also recommend not going to bed with wet hair!

unDONE Salon

At unDONE Salon, we are all about supporting our clients and their desire to try something bold and new. If fantasy hair color makes you feel confident and fantastic, we recommend going for it! We understand that your hair is an important expression of who you are and how others see you. Let our Boise hair salon stylists help you be you!

Seven Awesome Summer Hair Trends In 2019

Every year, summer hair trends change. While following these trends isn’t everyone’s thing, seeing some new styles can inspire you to try something new. At unDONE Salon, we are all about staying on top of industry trends and have picked out a few looks you might love. Check out the following seven awesome hair trends that are hot this summer.

2019 Summer Hair Trends

The Wet Look

As a runway staple, the “wet” look is a slicked-back style that is surprisingly easy to pull off. Instead of drenching your roots with gunky over-the-counter hair gel, however, talk with your Boise hair salon stylist about the best products to use to achieve this fashion-forward look.

Long Braids

Who doesn’t like a long braid? Simple yet sleek, long braids are a hot hair trend this summer. It doesn’t really matter if you like messy or neat braids, this timeless look never goes out of style. Furthermore, a long braid is a low-maintenance hairstyle you won’t have to fuss with throughout the day!

Baby Bangs

Yep, baby bangs are one of the trendiest looks of 2019. However, this is a hairstyle that not everyone can pull off. However, with the right cut to go with it, baby bands can really flatter your face. Talk with your Boise hair salon stylist for pulling off this look and whether it’s right for you.

Shiny & Smooth

Just like the wet look we first touched on, a shiny, slicked-back ponytail screams sophistication. Either way, this is another hot summer hairstyle that anyone can do at home with a little gel and shine spray.

Accessories

Since it’s summer, why not experiment with a few new hair accessories? These include a wide variety of clips, clasps, bows, and headscarves. Who doesn’t like decorating their hair with a little bling? Give it a shot and see which ones look best on you.

Fantasy Hair Color

Fantasy hair color is one of our favorite trends this summer. There’s no better time to try out the funky hair color you’ve always wanted. Fantasy hair color is a bold, creative way to express your individuality and change up your style. However, it’s important to pick a color that compliments your skin tone and eyes.

Boise Hair Salon Tips For Getting the Hair Color You Want

Most of us have had some sort of hair color catastrophe. If you’ve ever colored your hair on your own or walked into an unknown salon without previewing their work, you’ve probably paid the ultimate price. That’s the worst feeling ever, right? So how do you avoid these kind of tragedies? At unDONE Salon, we’ve got you covered with the following tips for getting the right hair color you want.

Getting The Perfect Hair Color

Reviews & Portfolio

It doesn’t matter if you pick the most expensive salon, it’s best to look at a stylist’s personal portfolio before making an appointment for a new hair color. Doing so will allow you to see examples of their previous work. It’s also important to read the reviews of any salon. Keep in mind, there will ALWAYS be negative reviews because it’s impossible to please everyone. However, if you find more negative reviews than good ones, this could be a red flag to go somewhere else. Furthermore, take the time to read a stylist’s bio on a salon’s website if it’s available to see if they would be a good fit for the look you want to achieve.

Healthy Hair Equals Beautiful Color

One of the most important factors in getting the hair color you want is to keep your hair healthy. If you go into your Boise hair salon with damaged, unhealthy hair, your stylist may be hesitant about coloring it. Care for your hair with deep conditioning treatments and limit shampooing to every other day. It’s also important to reduce your use of hot tools as much as you can.

Look For Inspiration

With social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, finding inspiration for your next hair color is super simple. However, it’s important to choose your inspiration photos carefully. Only pick the hair colors you REALLY love, and be prepared to show them to your stylist before your appointment. You’ll also want to ask yourself the following questions:

  • Do you have the same hair length?
  • Do you have their hair thickness?
  • Do you have their hair texture?
  • Do you have their skin tone?
  • Do you have their features?
  • Do you style my hair like this?

It’s very important to make these distinctions so that you have a realistic expectation as to what a certain hair color will really look like on you. It’s also important to show your stylist pictures of what you don’t like. This will help you and your stylist find the perfect hair color through open communication.

Be Honest About Your Past

Don’t be afraid, to be honest with your stylist. During a consultation, take the time to provide them with a brief history of your hair. Things we want to know include whether you currently have color on your hair, how long it’s been between colors, and what products you use.

Furthermore, when your stylist asks you questions, give them honest answers. During a consultation, we need all the details to ensure you get the right hair color in the end. Come into our salon as you are and let us evaluate your current hair. Your ideal hair color should compliment your skin tone, eye color, and lifestyle.

Make A Proper Appointment

The first step to getting the perfect hair color is to schedule a free consultation before you do anything. Ideally, your consultation should be scheduled for a different day than your coloring appointment. Why? Doing so will ensure you get the right amount of time for the services you need. If you try to get everything done the same day, you risk not getting the best results.

Understanding Color Correction

Boise Hair Salon

Hi unDONE family! Have you ever heard the term “color correction” before? Perhaps you don’t fully understand the process and why it can be so expensive. Well, that’s why we’d like to provide you with the following information about color correction to give you the answers you need.

Most of our Boise hair salon stylists here at unDONE have done MANY color corrections during our careers. While it can be a long and grueling process, the end results are always worth it if you’ve ever had a color catastrophe.

Understanding Color Correction

There are a wide variety of color corrections, but two of the most common are making really dark hair lighter, or making really light hair darker. Have you ever visited your stylist after dying your hair with a dark box color and wanted to go blonde? Lightening your hair after using a dark DIY color on your hair isn’t always as easy as you may think.

Your hair will need to be bleached. This can take several appointments to maintain the health and integrity of your hair without damaging it. Furthermore, after using a box dye, your hair is more prone to lift unevenly with reddish and orange tones. During this process, your stylist will have to work to cancel out these uneven tones before you can even think about achieving your desired hair color.

Furthermore, if your hair is already platinum blonde and you want to go to a dark color, your stylist will have to fill your hair with a base color as blonde hair doesn’t have any pigment. They will then put your desired color on top of the filler once it’s rinsed out.

Keep in mind that some color corrections are easier than others. While some can be done in a single appointment, others can take weeks to accomplish. It all depends on your individual hair and what you are trying to achieve.

Why Color Correction Can Get Pricey

Depending on the severity of your situation, most Boise hair salons charge between $100 – $200 for a color correction. Why? Depending on your hair’s individual needs, some color corrections can take up to six hours per treatment. This means your stylist is unable to fit any other clients in during this time. Not only that, but your stylist has to use larger amounts of color to achieve the desired tone. Furthermore, proper application is crucial when it comes to fixing your hair color during a correction, which takes time. Once your hair has been successfully lightened or filled with pigment, your stylist will have to tone your hair with just the right colors to get rid of any brassy, green, or red tones, which can be a massive step during the color correction process.

At unDONE, we’ve had many clients call us for help after attempting to color their hair at home. If you are thinking of going the DIY route, we speak from experience that 99% of the time, it goes badly. From fried hair to multiple shades of yellow, orange, and gold, we’ve seen it all, and nobody likes the end results. That’s why it’s important to trust your hair with a stylist at unDONE salon. We are trained professionals for a reason!

Boise Hair Salon Solutions For Covering Gray Hair

Boise Hair Salon Gray Hair Color Solutions

Today, let’s talk about gray hair. For some women in the Treasure Valley, these pesky little strands of silver start to pop up in their late 20’s and quickly spread into our mid 30’s. For some lucky few, gray hair won’t show up until their 40 or even 50 years old.

Regardless of your age when they do show up, one thing’s for certain, they’re not going anywhere. That’s why you can stop pulling those single gray hairs that you find, whether or not you believe three will replace it. Furthermore, you don’t have to hide your hair beneath a hat or scarf either. At unDONE Salon, we have options to help you deal with the invasion of these pesky, unwanted gray hairs.

Gray Hair Coverage

Whether we like it or not, gray hair is a part of the natural aging process. In fact, genetics are a major contributing factor as to when you finally go gray. However, things like stress, poor health, and other factors play a role in how early gray hair appears. While some people are more willing to accept their gray hair, others may want to hide it with a natural looking or enhanced hair color.

Although we can’t stop the natural process of graying hair, it can be covered up at your Boise hair salon. Keep in mind that while many people think they can just go to the store and pick up a box of hair color, this is not a healthy, viable, or pretty solution. DIY hair color results can vary greatly from okay looking to absolutely horrible. Not to mention, you can seriously damage your hair in the process.

Furthermore, the process of coloring gray hair consists of careful color combination formulas that are best achieved by a professional hair stylist. Since gray hair doesn’t absorb hair color very well because it’s much coarser, it’s often considered “color resistant.” This is especially true in areas around your temples. Quite often, these areas of color resistant gray hair must be allowed to absorb hair color longer than what is recommended for normal hair.

Gray Hair Color Solutions

When it comes to coloring your gray hair, there are several options available. Understanding which option is right for you and how to properly approach the process should be left to a professional when it comes to achieving the desired look you want to achieve.

Highlights

A popular approach to coloring gray hair is highlights. Highlights are a wonderful option because the hair color is diversified. Since gray hair is devoid of any color pigment, it will absorb hair color differently and often has a different contrast against your natural color. This, in turn, results in a better balanced, more natural look with minimal maintenance compared to all-over hairi color.

Permanent Hair Color

Permanent hair color provides a deeper penetration to gray hair follicles. Furthermore, if you choose this option, your Boise hair salon stylist may suggest selecting a lighter permanent color because it will look more natural and better resist strong contrast when new gray hairs appear at your roots.

Demi-permanent Colors

Another option to covering gray hair is to utilize demi-permanent hair color. These dyes don’t have ammonia and won’t penetrate the hair shaft as deeply as a permanent hair color. Keep in mind, they also won’t lighten your natural shade. However, demi-permanent colors are a great way to blend gray hair for a subtle approach to hair coloring.

Undone Salon

Whether you opt to embrace your gray hair or cover it up, there are a wide variety of hair color options to make the most out of your hairstyle. With so many color formulas available, you can either cover your gray completely or highlight your silver tresses with toned shampoos and color glazes, it’s really up to you.

Make an appointment today with one of the talented Boise hair salon stylists at unDONE to effectively cover up your gray hair, giving you a younger look that lasts. Book online or give us a call at (208) 287-2010 today.

Understanding Common Boise Hair Salon Color Techniques

Boise Hair Salon Color Techniques

Are you stuck in a hair rut? A great way to breath new life into your hair is by changing up your color. Need some inspiration or just want to understand some basic hair color techniques? The Boise hair salon stylists at unDONE have got you covered with the following roundup of fun ideas. Who knows? You might just find the technique that works best for you. Just remember to send a picture of the hair color you’re dreaming to your stylist before making an appointment.

BALAYAGE

Balayage is a pretty sounding French word that means to sweep or paint color onto hair. This hair color service is actually a specific highlighting technique. During a balayage treatment, your Boise hair salon stylist paints or lightens hair on the surface freehand instead of saturating entire sections of your hair with dye. The end result is softer, more natural looking highlights that easily blend in as your hair grows longer.

OMBRE

Ombre is a hair color treatment that allows your darker roots to fade into a much lighter color at the ends, such as blonde. If your hair isn’t naturally dark, you may want to ask your Boise hair salon stylist to deepen the natural shade at your roots for a more dramatic ombre. Keep in mind that balayage is a hair color technique while ombre is an end look. Your Boise hair salon stylist will use the balayage (highlighting) technique to achieve an ombre outcome.

SOMEBRE

Sombre is often considered the softer sister of ombre. With this method, there is a lower contrast between your hair at the roots than your hair at the ends. Furthermore, the dark shade at your roots will subtly graduate into the color at the ends for a seamless blend.

HIGHLIGHTS

Highlights are the sections of your hair that are dyed lighter than your natural shade. This technique can be used to give your hair more dimension, accentuate your facial features, or slim the look of your face altogether. Keep in mind that highlights are the opposite of lowlights which are strands of your hair that are dyed darker than your natural shade. To add highlights to your hair, your Boise hair salon stylist may use one of two techniques, foil highlights or balayage.

BABY HIGHLIGHTS

Baby highlights consist of tiny, subtle highlights that resemble the same sun-kissed highlights you had as a child. They get their delicate appearance from the very small amounts of hair color that are separated and placed in foil.

HAIR GLOSS

A hair gloss treatment consists of closing the cuticles of your hair, providing a smoother, shinier, and less frizzy look. In a tinted form, it’s a wonderful ammonia-free, semi-permanent alternative to hair dye. If you’ve already colored your hair, getting a hair gloss treatment can help you maintain your color longer while correcting brassiness and deepening or toning down your color. Furthermore, if you don’t want to change your hair color but want to reap all the shiny benefits, you can opt for a clear gloss, instead.

unDONE Salon
